A minimum of 2 deadly accidents like this one happen each year at the SAME location, and they still don’t want to build a pedestrian bridge. Maybe they are waiting for more casualties to decide?

Well sure it’s people to blame not only the government! And the funniest thing of all, is when you are watching this tragic event (I did watch 2 actually…), you see everyone jumping on both sides of the road as if the person who died did fall from the sky and not because he was also running on the highway!! So you figure…
